telling them they have no right to call at my home address. I want this worded correctly so that they stop calling even when i have already spoken to them and told them what day i was coming in to pay. Thanks

I have had it put in big letters on my account that,under NO circumstances am I to be contacted at all unless I miss a payment day,,and I mean MISS,cos I got sick of them ringing me with ;courtesy reminders'on the day I pay :)oh,,and if they try to tell you things can only be changed on a Saturday it's codswallop

Just remember, that they are well within their rights to contact you in writing, unless the amount of contact is deemed to be excessive or threatening in nature. Breaching this letter will not bode well for them as it would become a violation of their licence and also merits an official complaint to OFCOM for which they could end up with a hefty fine.

 

You could always add on a clause that states what you mentioned in your first post.
