recently had a LPS parking charge notice demanding £60 within 28 days. Stupidly I appealed, saying I hadn't purchased a ticket but had only parked there to quickly use the toilets. They refused the appeal. I gave my name and address. Should I ignore this 'fine' as some suggest or pay up?

even if I have admitted not having a parking ticket?

As above, ignore.

It may get passed around a bit to various DCA's but they have no powers.

And the usual advise, never ring them and if they ring you, refuse to answer any security questions and say "in writing only" and hang up.

Stigman

NEVER telephone a DCA

If a DCA rings you, refuse to go through the security questions & hang up!

If I have helped you, click on the star & say thank you
