Sorry to hear of your Auntie....

 

Not my forte really, but if she has no will & no estate then these won't get a penny, but others more knowledgeable in this field will be able to better advise.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Hello there,

 

Sorry to learn of your loss.

 

If there is no estate then the debts would simply cease to exist. No-one else can be held liable if the debts were only in your Auntie's name. The creditors should stop demanding payment upon receipt of a copy of the death certificate.
