Hi All,

Wondering if anyone could shed some light. I had a credit card and a loan with Lloyds back in 2004-2008ish. The credit card was paid off but i went bankrupt in november 2008 and so i never paid my loan off. I was just wondering if it would be possible to claim PPI back on those or are they just gonna tell me where to go as i went bankrupt?

Thanks for any replys

nope off you go

not sure if it'll be swallowed though as an undeclared asset though

might only be on IVA that happens not sure

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
