Hi guys!

I filled a claim back ages ago to reclaim £500 from Lloyds TSB in bank charges. But due to this huge case which finished in November my claim was put on hold in the courts.

Last month i received a letter from TSB basically telling me to take a hike and i can't do anything as they won in court.

I'm a bit confused as people are still being able to claim the charges, if thats the case how? Have i got to restart the hole process again or is there a letter/document to send back to the bank in reply to they letter they sent me?

If someone could help i would be very grateful.

Many thanks for you time :)

Hi kbv1

You'll find quite a lot of useful info on the most recent few pages of this thread -

and here -

I do my best to be helpful, but at the end of the day I'm not a professional - please seek further advice if you're not sure. On the other hand, if I have helped, please click my scales - thanks ;)
