PPC issued by Brittania Parking:

Does anyone have any experience with these clowns?

Do they ever take people to court? Or should I just ignore???

I live in Wales and the PPC was issued in North England. I worry I may need to waste a day and £100 in petrol just to defend myself if it ever gets to court.

Ignore them. They would be silly to chance thier arm. They are just like any other PPC spouting the usual amount of unenforcable waffle designed to look credible. Get ready for some threatograms from them and whatever DCA they use though. Stand firm and keep us updated.

Some good news for you. This company is based in Bournemouth, Dorset which is quite a way from where you are. Secondly, in the County Court system the case is nearly always heard at the defendants local court. Meaning, it would be heard in Wales not Bournemouth.

With this said, chances of getting to court are less than half a percent so I wouldn't worry. Just another unenforceable invoice.
