Need help James

Recieved a letter from these nightmares at Welscum with a final letter

They are disputing as usual everything that James said said that its not 2 agreements that the figures are correct and that I need to get the PPI sorted as I am in big arrears

Not paying them they can whistle have paid 6571 and not paying any more

Will post the letetr tommorrow I have had enough now just want this over this is making me ill feel like telling them to take the dam car

So fed up I belived the Hull branch they agreed with me to reduce the balance to £2000, but they have not told the Notts branch, therefore they think I stil owe £3791 but this has been disputed now for 3 years and we are getting no further on I have stopped paying them.

The Ombudsman is still fighting to get me a PPI refund and I am not paying them another penny till I get a refund

I do not know weteher to write to the Ombudsman again re the agreement do not know where to go from here

Help

Thanks post do you think I have got a leg to stand on here as James seemed to think they were 2 separate agreements and that they had hid the deposit should I keep on fighting with this as its been 3 years and I am getting nowhere thanks

ON THE HP AGREEMENT THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE IS

£8338.56 WITH AN EXTRA £50 WITH THE FINAL PAYMENT

not £9638.56

ON THE INSURANCE SIDE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE IS

£2511.38 NOT £2511.36

AND THATS WELCOMES FIGURES

NOW DO IT AS TO THE CCA

THEY HAVE PAYMENT PROTECTION INSURANCE DOWN AS £1407.9 not19

the .19 is carried through the rest of the figures when it is in fact .9

just on what i have stated so far the agreement is crap

now to the hard part

the combined agreements

this will take a bit of time

they do owe you a grand but ime trying to decode this

Hi Post, thanks for compliment, however they are still trying to wriggle out. I read here in the past that CCA1983 was not retrospective and yet they base their argument on CCA1983 and not CCA1974. Dont know if im correct on this point but would be interested to know.
