Hello again, can anyone help regarding TUPE law.

I TUPED to a new company in 2004, they introduced their disciplinary procedures from the start which were totally different to my original contract. Nobody from my company have ever seen these procedures which changed again in 2006, and the latest procedures have not been made available.

I only found out about them when I was charged with gross misconduct.

Is this legal?

Thanks in advance.

I feel that as long as the procedure is fair and follows the correct stages as recommended by ACAS for example then yes it is legal.
