Mind you, the area I live in is like the land of living dead, so there's not much point in going out anyway - even if you can afford it. You can't move where I am for old girls in electric buggies taking their dogs for a 'walk' on their laps, and old boys driving by using the white lines as a guide that they straddle to keep in a straight line, just before indicating left and turning right:D

 

Roll on old age - I'm going to become mad as a box of frogs like this lot and have great fun:D

Hi all,

re posts 356 and 399. If it was arranged that as many of us as possible with suspect agreements, i.e. cut and paste smoke screens, all made fraud complaints to local constabulary, something would have to be done. After all, fraud is fraud and they won't do anything until we do complain - any comments?

I haven't got my Mbna agree back yet, but rest assured, if there is anything untoward, I'm going to explore all avenues for a fraud complaint. Any complaint has to be investigated.

Look at it another way, if any one of us falsified a document to get money, what would it be called and what would the authorities do to us?

It would be better to join in with everyone though. I can see enough complaints getting passed on the Mbna's local police office and a raid happening!

Hi P,

Well, that may happen in one isolated case, but even then, fraud is fraud. If someone manipulates various information in their possession to mislead, or worse to produce a 'document' which does not exist as an original, with the sole purpose of extracting money, then I believe that is a criminal offence. Perhaps someone on here (Muffintop maybe?) could research that.

Now, here's a thought. What if we all swopped our information, so that not only do we all go into our local police with our own complaint, but take in evidence from many others to show that Mbna are doing this big time?
