I have been reading this site for a couple of months now and have just bit the bullet and sent a letter off to the Halifax to reclaim £1360.00 in Bank Charges. I wonder whether I may have delayed a little too long now after reading the article in the Daily Mail yesterday. Does anyone have any idea what the potential outcome will mean to those of us that are still in the process of making a claim?

I have found the site to be an excellent forum and will donate a percentage of any money returned to me. Thanks everyone for the excellent support you are giving and a special thank you to all who were involved in it's creation.

It would appear that there were only two claims affected. There's a thread about it, but be aware that a lot of what is discussed there is speculation. Take more notice of the Moderators' postings and read it right through to the end - it's not as bad as it seems.
