Good.I am very suprised that VM are still in the fight given that they clearly have NO intentions of substantiating their £10 late payment charges (which as a monthly fee are considerably even greater penalty than any other telecoms provider) and also given their fees for not paying by direct debit are the focus of both government and regulatory concerns.

 

Keep us posted MO...and if Mr.B tries to seek his costs for dealing personally and travelling from sunny Hampshire-I will be very happy to provide you with a witness statement to let the Court know he has previously been told about using a local.

Fat lot of good that did, what we need is LEGISLATION to outlaw this kind of over charging, along with those fees companies charge simply for taking payments (surely a basic neccesity of business since the dawn of time?).

The EDM was from a while ago yes....but more recently its been raised in MPs questions-in fact just before Christmas if I recall.

Hearing was 2pm no news as yet.

This is diabolical they have had plenty of time-even last hearing was adjourned.

Any mention of costs ?

Clearly to me looks like intimidation from VM my thoughts are that they suspected that you would not turn up.

I will send you further thoughts-I dont want to post here yet as I know they are reading.

Again Bond is choosing to defend this in person without use of a local-despite previous reminders of this.

I didnt know that VM hadnt complied with the Court order (they didnt provide bundles) had I known this I would have suggested you went for strike out.

Yes of course its easy for me to say this.

But there is no excuse-ok maybe one could be lost in the post-but 2 ?

Theres also the mystery of as to why the hearing that was listed in January was adjourned too.

Something does not add up.

If it was VM requesting the adjournment,this would have to have been done on notice and you would have been told.

Lots of unanswered questions then.

So presumably VM will now comply and send the bundles-was they given directions for this ?

Usually they would be ordered to do so by xxxx date.

I think this is a good opportunity for you to introduce the further docs we have been speaking of.

we both have to write and say what dates we cant attend by next week,thats why the first was asjorned because mr bond had already said he couldnt attend on the january date,i only found this out today.
