Nothing is ever a "sure thing", but the background legislation looks to be solid - especially where the product has clearly been missold.

There has been talk of some potential test cases - but, as with bank charges, it depends on a bank/loan company wanting to take the risk of a legal precident being set.

I'm going to be going to Court with the Halifax over my PPI mis-selling claim.

They've not provided me with a valid CCA as it doesn't contain all the requirements of one, they've sent me one claiming that it's in my handwriting which is blatantly isn't, and they never told me of any terms and conditions which would effectively exclude me from claims as they never provided details of the terms and conditions or a policy schedule.

Bank and credit card reclaims - £9,806

Sainsburys CCA non-compliance with FOS;

Natwest reclaim of £340 in progress;

Egg credit card reclaim in progress
