We have just got back from Barcelona and on checking our bank statement find we have non-stg charges and charges for a phone call we were not connected to. We did try to make a phone call from the hotel room but as we did not understand how to make it work we never got connected to someone to speak to. In England if you do not get connected you are not charged so we cannot understand why we have been charged in Barcelona. Can any one explain why this has happened and is it legitimate. Thank you

hi all can anyone help me i have just looked at my online bank and i can see a transaction for NON-STG TRANS FEE 0.49 and NON-STG PURCH FEE 1.00 can anyone tell me what the transactions are.if its any help i have signed up to a football forum what charged me $25.00 i dont know if its anything to do with that regards michael.
