  1. Just some advice needed here, I know ideally I should ask my sister to come here and make the post. A car in a Salisbury's car park was reversing and almost knocked someone over, before hitting the front of my sisters car. The person then refused to give any details and drove off. My sister has pictures of the woman and her car, and has got her reg number. It has been reported to the police as a hit and run. The damage is a split front bumper on my sisters car. Nothing too major. The advice I am looking for is will this affect her premiums if she made a claim though the insurance of the other car (using askmid.com)? I know she needs to inform her own insurance company, but that shouldn't affect her making a claim should it? Thanks
  2. She suffers from panic attacks and has never worked due to being on the sick. She has 3 children one under 2. She has a partner but Ingeus or JC has told her it is up to her to go to work not him. My Dad has just got off the phone from my sister because she has an appointment today. She can't go in because her boyfriend has gone out knowing she had an appointment and left her with her son. Ingeus has moaned at her because she can't come in, but they also moan at her because she has to bring in her son. She can't work, has no expirence. Her boyfriend would rather go drinking with friends a few times a week then look after their children. What can she do? She was denied PIP.
  3. Following success with my mum and Halifax my sister got me to SAR Blackhorse they have now sent her 4 agreements including their remortage loan from 2003. Looking at agreements the cost if PPI is high. Her hubby was self employed and she a home help. She is adamant they were told she had to take insurance. The loan agreements are typed and ppi box ticked and their signatures at bottom of agreement. One if the loans she is adamant she didnt tick the box. Should i send a statin sheet for each loan with the questionaire? I am gonna state mis sold reason she had sickness cover and didnt need the insurance. Thanks as usual guys
