  1. I received a letter recently from the DVLA i took my vehicle off the road a couple of months ago and therefore cancelled my direct debit but forgot to declare sorn until the start of this month. ive just seen a letter from the DVLA saying im required to pay the existing £181 of direct debit within seven days!!!! ive only just seen it and that was sent two weeks ago. Surely they cant expect me to pay £181 just like that?
  2. I have about 5 days remaining holidays, and my last day is Wednesday (tomorrow). My manager said that the holidays have reset at April thus won't get holiday pay. I wasn't given the opportunity to take any holidays during my 4 weeks, nor was I given my contract even a month after asking for it. Can I still get my holidays paid?
