I have only just discovered this site since having 8 properties taken over by LPA Receivers. I am desparately trying to find out what to do next. I read that I can make an Application to Court to get control of sales. Please is there an expert who can tell me how to word tha application? I am scared of making an awful situation even worse if that is possible!!!

Hi! I've just received a rejection letter from Santander, apropos a Principles store card dating back to the 1990s. I'm adamant the PPI attatched to this was mis-sold on a number of levels and have every intention of pursuing this – as far as court should it prove necessary. In the meantime, with it being some time since I've made any PPI claims I'm a little bit out of the loop and would appreciate any more information on where, exactly, we're at with regard to the Financial Conduct Authority's investigation into undisclosed commissions. I've done a good bit of Googling but can't find anything to suggest the FCA is set to reveal its position any time soon and, this being the case, hoped a fellow CAGer might be able to shed some more light on this - in particular, how the FCA's decision might potentially advantage my claim and when we might expect some kind of announcement from the FCA. Thanks in anticipation Fred_Funk

Hi First posting here and I hope that I may find the answers: I have several creditors and I have heard some rumblings from a friend who works for one that they would like to try a 3rd Part Debt Order (as I understand this is a one shot chance of clearing my bank account but they also have to have an association with my Bank but please correct me if I have been mis-informed). My query is .... I bank with the Coop Due to a break up of a relationship and the unknowing use of certain financial facilities by my ex I have debts with Santander, Capital One, Marbles, JD Williams, Barclaycard, Bank of Scotland and Provident Do any of these creditors have an association with the Coop Bank?? If not then can I rest easy until they obtain a CCJ ... I am currently paying via Payplan Thank you in advance for any help or information that you provide
