  1. so i have had the gas disconnected permanently because the standing charge has got too expensive, i still have a water supply and electricity, how can i make 100 litres of 40 degree hot water in 20 minutes? i cant change the instant gas water heater thats screwed on the wall to an electric one bcause i dont own the property
  2. Hello fellow people, I have a situation, I live in the USA now permanently, and don't want to keep my UK property anymore. I can't afford to keep sending money over, it's killing me. It's in negative equity, so I'm considering voluntary repossession and handing in keys. I'm sure it would damage my credit in UK but this shouldn't affect me really. Does anybody know how this would go down? Or anything I should consider or be aware of? Thanks, -givenup
