  1. I bought a Hoover 4 burner hob from Curry's this year, but if you use the rings on the right hand side the knobs are so close that the paint covering the knobs melts off. It is still in manufacturers 12 month guarantee but Curry's say it is a usage issue and won't do anything. At the beginning of my email trail with them they were happy to replace the knobs but have completely backtracked. Is there an ombudsman who deals with Curry's?
  2. And came on for some perspective lol. I keep getting these random phone calls at work by someone whos quite aggressive. He sounds like a solicitor but that may be his point. I tell him im not avaliable lol and he gives me his name and phone number and before i can ask him who he is he slams the phone down. Its freaking me out a little bit to be honest. I've tried to trace the number online but nothing is coming up. The only thing that did come up was a possible solicitor but would they do this?
