Hi DCA's Lowells in particular seem to be buying up debts,most below the bankruptcy threshold. Then lumping them all together for what seems like a class action and issuing statutary demand. So if Mr A owes 300/500/400 for different loans,Lowells issue stat demand for £1200. Rang insolvency agency,they said "can't do that,oh hang on they can.....no not sure",great help. Can you guys shine a light on this please?
