  1. I purchased a pair of jeans online from Krusoe, the original price was £90 with free postage offered above £70, so I didn't need to pay any delivery charge. The jeans didn't fit, so I arranged to return them and did so at my own expense of £3.87, which I accepted. When the cost of the jeans was refunded to me via Paypal, I was only given £80, so in effect it cost me £13.87 and I ended up with nothing for it. When I looked further into their refund policy, it stated that they would deduct the cost of the original postage if items were returned which qualified for free delivery. The highest delivery charge they had was £5 for goods up to £70, so where the £10 came from, I do not know and as I mentioned, it only cost me £3.87 with a signature to return it. Does anyone know if I have any rights to claim for a full refund?
