A investigation company, Concept Investigations of Halifax have put together a report on me for a insurance company after a road accident Apart from obvious factual details they have accused me of staging accident and ring leader of a staging accident ring They are basing their report on statements from other parties in accident who are known villains They advertise themselves as ex policeman and use their experience as policemen and work on commission basis,so paid on results Nothing has been proved if this accident has been staged but insurance company are taking legal action to repay their payout Are there any steps to complain about Concept Ivestigators and their report?

Hello, first time user, sorry if this is in the wrong place or anything! I was interviewed in my home in April 2012 by a Compliance Officer from the SSA and for the last 15 months it has been constant requests by the decision maker for documentation, which I have always complied with and supplied to them. It's to do with my exceeding the savings limit for the last few years (I thought it was higher than it was). But 15 months is a long time, it is actually delaying essential medical treatment, and I have letters from my doctor and my specialist to describe how essential this treatment is, and how possible fatal to my health, particularly my mental health it will be to delay. Even my solicitor who sees these things all the time was affected by the letters they gave me. But despite these letters and having every document I can think of (my last 10yrs bank statements was the last request), they refuse to reach a decision. Is there a time limit on investigations whereby they need to make a decision? One of my conditions is protected under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act - could this continuous delay (knowing continous delay as they now have my medical information) be seen as an abuse of process and discriminatory? I just want them to reach a decision. Thank you for any replies.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-18720215 Just read the link above and I think I have had experience of this. When my mortgage company has taken me to court for re-possession (thankfully I have had it suspended). Shortly after I receive letters from credit card companies, for people with adverse credit of course, offering me cards at really high interest rates. Just thinking maybe this is using my personal information in an unlawful way.
