  1. Hi, I bought a brand new Hyundai i20 classic March 2011 from local Hyundai dealer, end of April 2012 clutch gone, only done 3459 miles, Hyundai say not covered under warranty as garage has told them not a mechanical fault and basically suggesting my style of driving, bet they wouldnt have told a 6ft guy that!!!have been driving for over 40 years and never knackered a clutch yet, have sent the garage letter under the Sales of Goods Act etc, my solicitor has written to Hyundai and garage, no reply from Hyundai whatsoever and garage practically said get stuffed, only recourse now is small claims court but apparently it is down to me to prove its not my fault. anyone any other suggestions?
