  1. I have recently bought two new Gucci watches from Flannels Fashion, who are a well-known distributor of designer clothing However when they arrived and I opened up the Gucci box, one of the Gucci watches were genuinely missing whilst the other was perfectly fine I contacted Flannels and they investigated the matter and confirmed that both watches were dispatched from their side based on security footage and three signatures, including one from the manager If I were to open a case against them, or call the bank regarding this, what would be the chances of me winning the case? I do understand that there are people who claim they haven't arrive just to get their money back or a new watch so how can I differentiate myself from them? I have recorded a video after I realised the watch was missing, but I feel this is insufficient, how else can I prove that I genuinely haven't received the watch? I suspect someone in the middle had nabbed it, please note the delivery courier were Yodel Thanks in advance I used credit card to pay by the way
