  1. Good morning, I wanted to join in order to alert users to my experience with a discount online retailer based in Birmingham, UK that trades as b4udirect.com, froomoo.com and fizi.com. My experience with this company is ordering goods totaling £700, cancelling the order ten days later when the goods failed to show up, and now, over a month has passed, they have kept my money, and a person who answers their phone called ‘Jeff’ tells me that a refund was made (despite being unable to give me any reference details). No refund has been made, and a dispute has been registered with Paypal. Paypal have said that ‘they couldn’t give you any reference for the refund because it hasn’t happened’. I have also sent two legal letters by recorded delivery, neither of which have had any response whatsoever. I have been in touch with Consumer Focus and actionfraud.org.uk, both of which have given me great advice. I am issuing a claim against b4udirect.com through the County Court on Monday. I'd be interested in hear if anyone has had similar encounters with this company.
