  1. Hi, Can anyone please advise me how I can go about removing 2 county court judgements which were originally included in my IVA. IVA started in 2006 When I received the notices I contacted DFD who advised they would take care of them and I thought no more about them. I have now completed my IVA and am getting back on track with my finances, I joined all 3 credit agencies and saw I had 2 county court judgements against my name, I have called DFD who advise I am responsible for removing them so I should chase the credit agencies asking them to remove the detail. This I have done however they are unwilling to assist and are advising me to call the Insolvency department with in the court. It appears I should then from what I can see complete a N244 form? and pay £80 plus attend a day in court. I feel DFD should have got this detail removed from the courts at the time they were acting on my behalf or informed me at that time that they were active on my credit file so I could chase the original debtors, as one has been sold in 2010 to another company who have moved the court from Northampton to Bradford. However if they are not responsible how do I go about removing them, I don't really want to have to pay £160 pounds plus have time off work? Also the form when I click on the link takes me to notes on the N244 but I cant see the actual form! what am I doing wrong? Any advise would be gratefully received. Confused with it all making a lot of calls and not getting anywhere Many thanks for looking.
