What are your opinions on Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Rosemary Conley and others?
I have tried the first two and only ever seem to lose on the first week or two. I then plateau or go up and down a bit. So I give up.
I have only 30 pound to lose which might seem a lot to some but it's not enough to make me lose big, just the usual pound a week type of loss. I'm an impatient person.
I was slim all my life until I hit mid 40's then I started gaining. Low carb does ok for a while but I'm vegetarian so it's difficult. And I can't cook very well, eg healthy lentil dishes!
I was doing ok on WW a year or so ago but then they changed to their new ProPoints system which gave me too much food and weight loss stopped. Any thoughts?
