  1. got a wine 2 weeks ago had a glass or 2 one day, aimed to have the rest the next next day found alot of sediment in it, a bit peeved emailed gallo with pictures of bottle got email next day asking for contact details 3 days later got a call from California they appologised then asked how long i had had the bottle sitting around, i said about 3 days before i opened it, they then asked for details of where i brought it, then pointed out the bottle was dated 2008 and really wasnt saleworthy, i said i could see where the sediment came from seen as it was as old as my daughter, they also mentioned its not been sold to the uk for around 3/4 years they promised to look into it then went into a survey of our usually drunk wines, and said they would send an appology out 1 day letter 2 bottles of our top drunk wines turned up to all you other companies now thats a shining example of customer service
