  1. I have had two catalouge account's since October 13 "Very" and "Littlewoods" I have made regular payments on each account never once being late. Now, I have come out of work and dont know what to do ? Total monthly payments are £46 and I can just not afford to make these payments "at least not until I find a new job. Can anyone advize what I should do. I can only make a token payment to each of £5 a month but I am afraid they will not accept this.
  2. Hello can any one provide some advice: Ace Catalouge Default they state issued 08.06.13 not recieved by myself. Outstanidng balance £288.04. I wrote to them on 27th of August, they wrote back to me on the 4th September stating the default was valid and issued 08/06/13 and to send in £10.00 for the file. Completed this today I have recieved the data protection summary they state I would have agreed to terms and conditions when opening an account online and had view of a credit agreement thus they can not send a signed credit agreement. In the account notes for the year there is no entry on the 08.06.13 to sugest a default notice has been issued. There is an entry on the 4th September 13 which states "sent copy of default noticed issued 08.06.2013) the copy of the default notice I recieved was a general one not specific to me" Can you advise on the best way forward.

  4. hi, im really needing some advice and this is my first time on here so wish me luck. i have recently got behind on my payments to jacamo catalouge account by 4 months as i was out of work. they have been charging me £24 a month in fees plus interest. a few weeks ago itelephoned them to explain my situation. i spoke to a helpful advisor who agreed that i can make a part payment and then she would waive the charges and bring me back to my credit limit, i made the payment. i since recieved a statement with the charges still on. i have spoken to a manager and they have listened to the call and agreed the advisor made the agreement. however they are saying this was a mistake and cant waive any charges. my position is that it was a verbal agreement and i have fulfilled my part, and they have a legal requirment to honour there side, even if it was a mistake. please help, thanks
