Plz plz guys help me with advice or post me any previous link that dealt with ' SCHEDULE of LOSS'!! I do urgently need to provide a schedule of loss to my employer as the ET directs. I am sure you guys need some information as to my circumstance. I raised claims for unfair dismissal along with disability/race/ religious discrimination. I have to submit a schedule of loss next week. I was in the company for several year and was entitled to company pension. I will be very grateful for your advice. Thank you all in advance.

How we decide whether to tell a business to pay compensation to a consumer for “loss of use”. In this context, the term “loss of use” refers to circumstances where the consumer has been unable to use their motor vehicle because their insurer: incorrectly refused to settle a claim; “avoided” the policy (treated it as though it never existed) in error; or took too long to settle a claim (for example, the insurer took too long to carry out repairs agreed with the consumer). http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/technical_notes/loss-of-use-mv.html

Hi, new to the forum, some advice needed please I have just lost a small claim case, which now means i have to pay the claimant £1000, the thing is i cannot afford to pay it in full at the moment, wife not working etc. The thing is i have offered to pay by instalments (£50 per month), but the claimant has refused this instalment and asked for £100 per month. I cannot afford this, there is no point me agreeing to this if i am only going to fall short on a payment 1 month. what do i do now, can i write to the courts or is it down to us to sort now the judgement has been made. Any advice
