  1. Hi guys have you ever came across someone who lied in their application about the job and then unable to pay to the pay day loan company at the end? i left my company in mid july but took three pay day loans AT THE END OF JULY to cover an unexpected tragedy. i know pay day loan companies will find this out that i am no longer employed because they will call me at my workplace and the switchboard person will tell them that i left in mid july. i have pay loans of 400 with speedy cash 150 with money shop and 250 with quickquid. i am very worried that they will prosecute me for lying to them on the application that i was still employed. can this even happen if i call them now and offer them some repayment plans? i can only repay from jan next year
  2. Please help as I am in a situation. In June a possession order for mortgage arrears was granted by a court in Clerkenwell for my flat. I had been unable to attend the hearing because I had been looking after my sick mother for a period of time, and missed the letters informing me of the hearing. When I found the letters in early July they were saying to award possession on or before the 12th July. Before that date I filed a N244 form requesting that the order be set aside and a new hearing date be set. I also contacted the lenders solicitors and told them that I wanted to clear my arrears. On the 12th July nothing happened. I contacted the court and they told me that the N244 is waiting to be seen by a Judge. They would write to me when a court date was ready. Yesterday I recieved a letter saying my new hearing date is this Monday 6th August at 15:00. 1) Is being away looking after a sick relative a good enough reason to have missed a hearing? 2) What documentation do I take into the hearing? 3) I need some help as to how to craft my response. Thanks in advance
  3. We urgently need your help. We have limited time left to advance an Unlawful Eviction case to the ECHR. We need sample of completed application(s) made to the ECHR before in the past to give us an edge. With the new single judge system to review cases on the papers, it is only good that we have our work done as effectively as possible. Alternatively we are willing to pay for this task if the money is reasonable from someone with a heart of justice who has very good experience and made several applications to the ECHR before.
  4. Hi I was recently made unemployed at the end of May. My wife is still working 33 hours a week and we still have 2 children, 18 and 15, living at home, both are in full time education. I was advised to claim for tax credits but on looking through the application it only makes provision for earnings in 2011/12 ( when we were both working) but i can't see anywhere where i can record earnings for this year? It's kinda concerning me cos having checked the tax credit estimator using last years figures we are not eligible for tax credits but using this years figures we are?? If i'm missing something and the estimate is right then i will stand corrected cos i inly want whatever i am entitled too, but it does seem a bit odd that they base the outcome on last years figures. If anyone could shed any light on this or offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance
  5. Can anyone explain what this means? I'm in an ongoing case and the costs order was made very early on, i now notice that the solictors are now including items for pre action in their costs and thought that these had been wiped out by the order made but now i'm not so sure so if anyonecan explain the above wording i would be very grateful.
  6. Hi, this is my first post. I have a problem. Me and my boyfriend are in the process of renting a flat, it's the first time for both. Our situation is a bit complicated. We were living with his mum until October, she was the tenant, then she was evicted. His sister is now putting us up. I moved here in the UK in November 2010. I haven't found a job here yet, I don't have a bank account as I don't have an income and I am not entitled to JSA anyway. My boyfriend is working full time so he was supporting me and he is now as well. The agency requires two proofs of current address not older than 3 months but how am I supposed to have what they want (like bank statement and so on) due to my circumstances and since this is a temporarily accommodation? I am not even sure my boyfriend can supply 2 proofs of this address, maybe a bank statement, but we don't get utility bills obviously as it's not our house, I couldn't anyway since I don't have any income and I didn't have my own house and he didn't either. I do have letters from DWP regarding my NIN, but they're much older than 3 months and have the old address we were evicted from. I was thinking of discussing this with the agent himself, but first I'd like some sort of advice, mainly I wanna know if this can be a big problem. Is there a way I can get a letter from some authority in like 5 days to have as a proof of address? Many thanks in advance
  7. I agreed to a Tomlin Order and they haven't paid! The court told me I have to fill in form N244 and apply to have a CCJ entered against them, then and only then can I commence enforcement of the Tomlin Order Schedule. Does anyone know how to fill in form N244 to do this? I know these things need to be specific and I've found lots of advice on the net about filling in applications to set aside Judgements but this is completely different. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks in Advance!
