  1. I have multiple credit accounts dating back 12 years that I'm constantly getting into trouble with. I've just been issued a CCJ from MBNA and am currently filling in a form to request a low monthly playback. My question is should I as to see my original signed documents, some of these accounts have been passed from one debt collector to another if I do ask would I ask, the current company who's chasing the debt? If the can't find the documents what would happen? I'm in a situation where I feel I'll be paying these debts forever. Also I have been issued the CCJ but it hasn't yet showed up on my credit file. How long does this usually take? Many Thanks. Tom
  2. We'd like to have a look at the stuff which the car park operators send out. It would be very helpful if people would be kind enough to post legible scans of tickets or letters from any of the parking companies. Most of them use the kind of getup - which we have always known but which has now been confirmed by the court in the Parking Eye case - which looks "police-like" or official in some way. Let's see what they are all sending out. Please plank out any personal details. Do leave the name of the car park in. instruction for uploading ................................... scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!! or convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option] . ' BUT...... ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc using paint program but leave all figures and dates. {DO NOT USE A BIRO OR PEN] . goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if you have many images too rather than many single pdfs . or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that or use word and save as pdf try and logically name your file so people know what it is. i'e Default notice dd-mm-yyyy . open a new msg box here hit go advanced below the msg box hit manage attachments below that box hit the add files button on the top right hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc hit upload files . . dx Thanks

  5. The OFT has secured court orders against Optimum Care Mobility Limited ('Optimum'), a Derbyshire-based business that sold mobility aids such as stairlifts, scooters and specialist chairs, across the country. The orders prevent the company and its former directors from using unfair and misleading sales practices again. http://www.oft.gov.uk/news-and-updates/press/2012/61-12
  6. This is great, type in your postcode and the advert will run, but on some scenes it will use Google street scenes and taxy past your house. http://taxi.ba.com/
  7. Back in 2008, before I discovered CAG, I made a Full and Final settlement with Clarity over an Egg loan. I still have all the correspondence and the acceptance letter from Clarity. Then last week, out of the blue, I got this letter from Egg: And today I got this from Arrow: It will now be well statute barred in any case, so it seems to me that I'm covered any which way. Either they accept the F&F letter, or they don't and it's Stat Barred. Do you think this requires any sort of response at this stage?
  8. Hi, I'd really appreciate some guidance on the following: I've requested an SAR from Lloyds TSB a couple of weeks ago and yesterday, I received a letter from LTSB requesting a signature and completion of a Data Subject Access Request Form (4 pages of pointless questions as far as I can see). Tackling the form first, can I politely tell them to stick their form as I have already given them ample information in my original SAR letter with the £10 postal order and remind them that the clock is still ticking? Regarding the signature, I can go one of three ways: Continue as before, with a printed name only and enclose the template signature letter. Use the CAG Anti-Tamper signature. Get a mate to sign my name for me. Any advice on the above would be much appreciated. Ta, Krysp
