hi.no l have just my loan number.were do l get a fos questionnaire and spreadsheet from to send to sppl they say we do not claim of them its fintail brokers who sorted our loan out with sppl.

hi we had a loan with sppl and payed it off in 2006. l phoned sppl to see if we had ppi with them and they said yes. so phoned them up to see haw to go about claiming it back and they said it was down to the broker who sorted this loan out .they gave me there name which is Fintail brokers and there phone number tried phoneing the number sppl gave me and its like an engaged sound all the time .so can anybody advise me on what to do next.

hi.l put in for hardship claim from natwest back in 2008 got nocked back .no defaults etc.so l decided to put in for it again for natwest back in october said they would send forms out never got them so phoned again about 3 weeks before latest test case result told them l never got them said send out again and guess what never got them either .what to do next is go into the bank and see what happens.

Hi drob.stephensons are a waste of time.why don,t you get in touch with FOS and OFT, OFT they are investigating TFC and all other companys who are involued with them they are dealing with my complaint with TFC.gilly

Hi pacluc.we got our car back in feb 2006 and yes TFC has admitted that the BOS is void. don,t bother with stephensons there not touching people.there only take,ing people who can pay not the little people like us.take it from me because we was with them and they have closed our file.
