Hi all I have got my court date on the 19th June at Birmingham County court...i am nervous especially after the court favoured Lloyds TSB. I have printed and sent the bundle that i found on the website along with correspondance and statements and a list of charges with the dates and what they were for. What is going to happen in court...what will i need to say...i am really dreading this even though Barclays have taken money from me unlawfully...why do i feel like i have done something wrong??? Please can anyone help Awaiting anxiously for a reply

Hi all...i too am going up against Barclays. They gave me 2 offers, 1 was £1000 and 2nd was £1500...they have charged me £2800 over the last 6 years...sent my LBA...got no response...submitting my N1 tomorrow...bit scared tho

I have recieved a letter from my bank offering me a partial sum as a final settlement. I AM GOING FOR THE FULL AMOUNT...PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE IS AT THIS STAGE...THIS IS ALL A BIT DAUNTING
