OK i'm scared now.... i pay roseendales 32 per week and signed a walking possession order when he came to my house. I was home alone and did not have a clue how to deal with the situation and panicked. Have i left myself wide open now? Im terrified now that if i make one late payment then they will force entry and take stuff - most of which is not even mine its my partners Help!

Me too! I do pay quite a high repayment with them, but I fnd them helpful on the phone, effiecient in processing settlements, and they always try to help you out if they can. I am thoroughly satisfied!

tHEY LIED TO ME TOO AND SAID THEY HAD APPLIED WITH LOADS OF COMPANIES. But when I checked my file, they had gone straight to british credit trust who gave me a lovely 24% apr Bastards

Hi, I bought a car from them a year ago. I did know about the warranty but was told that i had to take it or the finance company would not sell me the car. The warranty is worth NOTHING. Nothing is covered, and i honestly believe that it does not even exist. I ahve been trying for a year to find ways of getting out of the agreement but have never got anywhere. They are experts at ripping people off. All i try and do now is warn people to not buy a car off them no matter what. I have paid out a fortune this last year in car repairs that i have had to pay for myself. Sorry its bad news. PS is the warranty with NAC?

also when I send my bundle to abbey, who do i address it to?

Hi Is this accurate? On my letter stating the date it says that if you can not, or wish not to attend, you must do so within 7 days of the hearing and the judge will hear your case for you, In my case I am on holiday for my date and cannot go. This does not mean I should not have filed a case if I 'wasnt prepared to go', as you said int he previous post. Not everyone can drop everything for a 15 minute hearing that they specify the date of.

well suprise still not heard back from her, but have just realsied i can't make the court date. As long as i notify the court within the 7 days before the date though it should be fine, do you think it will affect the case?
-
Ok well i'd already done most of my bundle anyway so i just need to photocopy all my statements and correspondence so i'll crack on with that. If I hear from Inga i'll let you know!
-
do we think that sounds promising?
-
Just had an email from Inga It says- Dear Ms Broadhead I am expecting your records tomorrow. I will contact you then. Kind regards, Inga

I finally have my letter from the court, date is 9th June Grr I only received the letter today though and I have to have my bundle in by the 30th! 8 days, Thanks very much.... Do you think its worth trying for settlement again?
-
Yep happened to me, wrote to me midway thru my claim saying my o'd will not be renewed in April. Spoke to Cust Services and they said I will be able to clear it by paying a certain amount each month, tho when I get my charges I will pay it off anyway. Reccommend opening a Natwest Step account to transfer to.
