Quick Question, Sent the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) letter (from the template libary) along with my £10 cheque at the beginning of December to the address that i have for Lloyds TSB which is the one on all the statements they send me. Not recieved anything so phoned them today (29/01/07) asking what was happening as they havent even cashed the cheque. Said that while they would have recieved the letter, they cant do anything about it at that particular address and they cant (thats right CANT) pass it on to the relevant department. They tell me I need to write it again to my local branch. Is this being a bit naughty and should I complain to the Information Commissioner?
