Hi everyone, keepin updated!!! 14 days are up today so been lookin at LBA. Just a quick one........em..........how do I know if I have a default notice on my account??? Do banks do this automatically to your account if you are claining back your charges. Dont want to add it into LBA as dont know what it is? or if I have one! hullo, have recalculated a lenthy 2 times and seems to be right so far, however I'm gettin cold feet because I now that court will be soon. Not gettin ahead of myself but sendin that letter with spreadsheet is fine then all the time of 2weeks till this and N1's that with county court judgements that, not to mention everyday life of now moving house and promotion, I'm starting to try sort out priorities too. AAAAAAHHHHH. I'm confused, Sending letter with spreadsheet, what have people experienced with this in general, I'm sorry heed's about to explode!!!!! lol ME:confused:

Well Hello everyone eventually after 2months from reading with keen interest I sent off my SAR and today at last recieved the last lot of statements. All mixed up with odd pages to the front and even to the back. What are they like!! Does not deter tho especially after the shock of what I'm owed. Off to the spreadsheets I go!!

How you getting on? It takes a while for statements. eventually recieved all mine today. Shocked at how much I,m owed. £2500. They tend to send in two batches because of something to do with merger with Halifax BLAH BLAH blah. And leave it till last minute to send out. Good luck:p Need to start my own thread HOW?? Hardcore, my statements arrived the day before time was up so looks like they're just dragging everything out as long as possible. However a year is missing. Hang in there. I'm surprised how much I'm owed already over £1000. Will be worth it. Good Luck;-)

Having opened my account with BofS, in Scotland, over 6 years ago, I am now a resident in England(for 8years) and bank with the same account now joined with the Halifax. Which law's English or Scottish should I be aware of, and does it matter when making my claim??
