Do you think I can report them to the police. Im just worried because the agency who deals with my debts said that Blairs were within there rights to take the money.

Hi all just to let you know the other week Blair Oliver & Scott took money out of my Halifax savings account. They took £365 towards a credit card I owe money on BUT THEY TOOK IT WITHOUT TELLING ME. I pay money to a debt agency that pays all my creditors including BOS. I have managed to get £200 refunded but I would like the rest back is there anything I can do? Thanks

Hi Buzby Yes the network service prov was vodafone but CW Vodafone NOT vodafone connect. There are a few vodafone service providers. I have emailed them anyway. Waiting a response, I'll prob have to send off the SAR.

Is there any way to argue the fee charged when you have a contract cancelled but they make you pay up to 12 or 18 months still?

Hi Buzby The debt I beleive to be with credit solutions but I think they are collecting on behalf of CW.

I held a finance agreement with Online which defaulted in May 05 as I could not make the payments. I had the car 17 month before it was reposessed and after that I didn't have a lot of contact with them until now. I rang them and found out that the car was sold at auction for £2925 which seemed quite low to me as the car was £6000. Anyway after they sold the car it left my debt balance at £4545 but they added charges for letters and collection fees to a total of £574. Can I reclaim these fees or not ? and can I reclaim fees they might have added for late payments whilst I had the car ? Has anyone got any help or advice for me ? Thanks

Hi Everyone, any help or advice welcome please. My girlfriend wants to know if she is covered for maternity leave on her ppp or ppi or gap. she took all 3 out with the car finance(direct auto finance). I'm not sure if she would be covered but you do take a drop in wages when on maternity don't ya so I'm really not sure. Any Advice cheers

Hi to all of the members firstly. I am new to this site but have learned so much already. I have a question about carphone warehouse. I had a contract with carphone warehouse vodaphone which was passed to a company called Credit Solutions DCA. I dont think the debt has been bought by this company but they are acting on behalf of CW(Vodaphone). I believe CW have placed a default on my credit file and the debt has not fully been paid yet. The debt was inccured because I had tons of financial trouble at the time and coundnt pay my bill so asked them to cancel but had to pay the full contract. Sorry that was long has any body got any advice for me on whether I can get the default removed and/or get charges/fees back. Any advice is welcome Thank you Members
