Hi If you want a contact at a financial company try searching this database. It has names, email addresses and telephone numbers for 'responsible' individuals. http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/ I think these are the people they send to jail if the company does bad things so presumably they will be clued up on their legal obligations. Its free too. Have fun D

Hiya New member preparing for a fight with this bunch after they closed my account and racked up £100s in charges after my money ran out while ill. I've been with them for 12 years and throughout that time my financial situation has only ever been worsened by their 'service'. So here goes with the DPA letter. Good luck to all. D
