However my court date is not until 26th feb 2007, any advice if anything can be done to speed things up (should I contact Barclays again ??) I have also been sent another letter from the court for a directions appointment ?? on 19th december and am unsure of what this is. Any advice would be very gratefully recieved xxx

  4. Hi I only put the figure as (est) as I was being lazy and didnt want to put the exact figure but my letters have all been perfect copys of the templates provided with my details added of course. So I should send a letter to barclays listing both accounts and with both spreadsheets with new charges added and new total being requested and file my moneyclaim tomorrow with new total as planned ???
  5. sorry, I sent prelim letter on 26th June, the LBA on the 10th July, so moneyclaim due to start on the 24th July. I got muddled. Do I need to add further charges to the spreadsheet or just add the amount to the total and should I remind them that if it goes to moneyclaim I will be adding 8% interest ??? How long do I postpone moneyclaim ???
  6. The letter does'nt say it just has a reference number so I assume it is for the smaller amount which would be just over half of what I asked for, should I send the acceptance of as installment letter putting both accounts together ??? They have also charged me a further £230 this month can I add this in or do I have to start all over again for that ???
  7. Hi all x After success with HSBC I have taken on barclays with whom I have 2 accounts which they helpfully charge on every month in the region of 1 to 2 hundred pounds sometimes more. I started my action with them on 13th July and have had my first offer yesterday which made me laugh out loud as they owe me £4,700 (est) but have only offered me £165 I am due to start my moneyclaim action on monday 24th July and am trying to write my (acceptance of as installment) letter but I have untill now dealt with each account seperately. Should I keep them seperate ?? as have only recieved 1 offer

  9. Hi Can anyone help, I recently married the man of my dreams on a perfect day with all the people I love there to see it, I had spent months looking for a photographer and thought I had found the perfect one after looking at her portfolio and meeting her. So you can imagine my disapointment when my DVD of photos arrive and they are less than perfect,( 149 photos & only 1 of my new inlaws the rest are of a few random guests and only very few of my attendants ) We had to pay up front so can anyone advise me on how to go about dealing with this.
