hi there why cant you get the spreadsheet i had trouble so i went into the chat room(which i never have done before and asked for help.) i found 2 people in there willing to give me links and advice and i just downloaded openoffice and managed to do it all and earned myself a couple of hundred quid in the process. give it a go

can you get yourself tied in for a further fixed term. when is your term up? if you are going to find it tricky to move your mortgage then i would extend your fixed term before recovering your money. i dont see how they can go back on a mortgage

give it a go you have nothing to lose. it is all money he has had to p ay out or add to his list of debts!

they are still respecting the 40 period. i dont think they are really interested in the £10 revenue to be honest.

i think they are trying to seem helpful so people dont persue it!

send them a cheque with no date then!

i sent off my request for a list of charges and a cheque for £10 I recieved a letter back today saying they are not obliged to record manual intervention and so they are simply sending me statements for the past six years. i have had the cheque returned as i forgot to date it and they say in the interest of customer service they are providing my statements free!! excellent dont date your cheques to the halifax!!! spead the word i wait my statements with baited breath good luck everyone! spackie

wow that is amazing they do not know when to stop do they! any one got any contact details for the halifax i really want to speak to someone to let them know there is only 10 days left of th 40 to send me a list.
