hi paul we have just done our court proceedings on line, we are still trying to fathom out the court bundle which is totally confusing. Is this a way to get the banks to stop dragging there feet. I am getting a little anxious as its getting nearer the deadline. I hope everything goes ok for you, keep me posted and i will let you know if i receive a letter the same:confused:

Thanks so much to suzi for finding my thread. well am back on track now having got a reply to my LBA just telling me no can do. so have started proceedings to go to court will let you know how i get on. After reading all the threads of people who have won i feel rather silly about claiming mine back as it is only £500. I know thats still a lot f money and i would rather have it than let the banks keep it.

my son deleted all my email before christmas so i dont no which one i was on dumb or what. thanks for the advice il do that straight away and let you know how i get on and thanks so much again

I have just had a reply from my LBA and it looks like i am going to have to start the whole court thing i am very confused as to what to do first and have read the court bundle but it just totally baffled me could you please point me in the right direction and where to start i would realy appreciate your help

can any one please help i started going through the process of retreiving my bank charges and have just received a letter from a&l saying in so many words no can do. that was the LBA. I have posted my letter today by registered post, do i allow more time due to christmas or should i just allow the 14 days as normal and then send of the letter before action. thanks.

just to let you know iv finally done a spredsheet hip hip hooray bout time aswell, its took me long enough. thank you so much again for all your help you've been a great help. I have also done the preliminary approach letter, is this all i need to send of to my bank now or do i need anything else. thanks again.

hi there Just to let you know i think i know why i cant do the spreadsheets a friend told me that i need micro excell office on my computer which i dont have my partner is trying to get it for me so hopefully we can get started again but thank you so much for all the help you have given me so far.
