Hi all, is it possible to claim unfair bank charges if you have an IVA. We are seriousl looking down this route as Northern rock want to put a 3rd charge on our house from an unsecured loan we defaulted on as the interest rate went from 6% to 12.09% & there is no way we can afford another £90 a month having just come off the phone the lady then tells me that the call was recorded there was no previous mention of this whatsoever. Hi all, I'm looking at making a claim against Lloyds TSB for unfair charges regarding d/ds s/os b/cheques etc. However going back through my statements I am finding alot of unautherised borrowing fees starting a £10 going up to £12.50, can I claim for these aswell? Thanks in advance Andy:|

Hi Alan, Good luck with this.. I recieved £895 from the Abbey for unfair charges & am now starting the ball rolling with Lloyds TSB for £4500 not including interest. Regards Andy
