Hiya They made me a good offer About 90% of the initial claim before even submitted MCOL!
-
Just recieved offer today from HSBC on my personal account... £1526.85 against claim for £1796.40 What shall I do next... would like to keep the money but pursue the rest so how do I go about it?
-
Update: I have recieved a 'standised letter template' from HSBC on both my accounts stating that they are 'looking' into the matter... so they are going to get my 'stanndised' response letter Lisa: I would advise submitting your claim using MCOL - its easier to keep track of all the changes then on line.
-
I had problems working it out so left it off - it would only add up to a few pounds anyway LBA is now all typed up and ready to post out on 28th Dec They have been phoning...
-
Interest is left OFF until you officially start filing the claim to court... you can then add 8%... which is what I intend to do.
-
Thats the 2nd claim off for my other account with HSBC... ANOTHER £2150.50
-
Yup - mines getting 14 days on the dot and thats its lot...
-
LOTS of people have had their claim defended until the last possible moment recently due to the amount of claims being submitted

Letter sent via recorded delivery to the Canada Square address... is this correct? Thought about sending a copy to my local office for an extra measure? (I REALLY dont like em )

Hi Guys, Been reading up for quite some time now and keeping quiet so I thought would say hello now I have the ball rolling... I have started off by sending two letters off for both of my HSBC accounts requesting list of charges... So far they have only sent six years worth of statements on one account but seeing as that was 257 pages :o I am not too worried at the moment... So I have just added up the charges on my own personal account - £2058.46 including interest... so the 2nd letter is off tommorrow along with the breakdown soon to be chased by my second account info I plan to hit them with both accounts at the same time with the aim the figures will both fall into the 'maximum for small claims court' ... thats the plan anyway Wish me luck If all goes well then MBNA are next
