Could someone explain i requested my last 6 years statements from the branch which they sent,what therefore is an sar and do i have to send one of these,sorry for the ignorance i will get to the bottom of this if it kills me

Looking at statements most of those charges are £38 per month

does that make a difference,also if you have been returned some recent fees does it mean you cant make another claim against the bank

so i presume i can claim back referral charges,chq return fees,card missuse fees,unpaid dd fee/unpaid items.Does that cover everything
