I used to have an account with Abbey but changed banks over18 months ago because of the amount of charges I was getting.Can I claim these charges back even though I don't have the account details anymore?(Thanks for your time.):-?

Can anyone help. I've downloaded the court bundle but can't work out what parts to highlight ref.Bank charges.

I'm sick of bank charges that are sneaked in underhandedly.As soon as I think I'm clear I get hit with a charge from a month previous.On checking I find I'm overdrawn by maybe £1.50 because of a charge I was unaware of from the month before.This incurs charges of £30.00 etc.Each time I check this overdrawn offence takes place 1 day before I deposit cash or before payday.coincidence? I don't think so.
