update sent all the letters (up to 14 day notice of court action) the 14th day is today got a letter saying the can't cancel my charges Whats next? small claims court Del.

got my letter's with a list of charges back £490 in charges £18.21 interest Time to take it a step futher now with the help of The Consumer Action Group I Will give them £100 of this if i win because i will still be doing feck all if it was not for them! i will keep you posted . Del.

hello, Thanks to mods etc..... after finding this place a little bit ago i never went any further with lloyds tsb... but after the bank pushed it (again) i had enough and decided to start seeking help Thanks to this ace site i can now take it a step further.... even better the people who run this site are not making it in to a money making site...... they just ask for a donation to keep the site open to help others...
