  3. My statements came torn as well, i thought it was a mistake obviously NW is trying to frustrate us
  4. Please can anyone who as had any luck with Natwest with claim over £100 and as been settled out of court let me know. Thanks
  5. Hi Lisa, Welcome to the club, I would suggest you look through the FAQ and the Library . This should answer all your questions. Good Luck
  6. That's right the DPA request makes a difference. I requested my statements from 1999 which i received without being charged any money cos i told them i was using it as a defence in a court case for a default to be removed from my credit file but when i asked using the DPA there were some discrepancies
  7. I rang them to send me my statements from 1999 which i needed for another court case against a credit collection agency and they sent the statements to me without charging any fees (strange) although i didn't quote anything just requested via the branch and it was sent to me.
  8. Like wise, I thought this was standard procedure as Natwest as always done that to me and even when i queried it, they told me the computer automatically charges you when there are insufficient funds and a transaction like a DD or SO or card use is going through.
  9. Hi Antigravity, Well done, The charges of your Natwest CC were they all late payment charges from the past six years as well or not? I'm still contemplating about my claims with the current account and CC which i belive is in the region of £3k altogether for both accounts but it seems noone as had any success with Natwest yet apart from you which as given me a bit of confidence, pls let me know if you have any luck with the current account. Thanks
  10. Has anyone been able to claim any charges back from Natwest at all cos they seems not to be paying up. I would like to know if anyone as been successful with their claim
