    Thanks for the advice everyone. I'll keep you all posted on progress. I did have one small victory recently when Lloyds charged me £35 for because they had to refuse a standing order. I phoned my account manager and moaned till she gave me the money back. Is it me or do the various arms of Lloyds (Telephone Banking, Branches, etc.) not actually communicate with each other!!

    Sorry if this sounds stupid but i'm new to this. Do i send the Data Protection Act disclosure request to my local branch? Can i get them to list the charges they have made over the years or is it a case of going through all the statements?
