i never included any figures what so ever on my letter to the halifax but i got paid out in full me and my husband

thanks to all of you that post on here i tried my luck and applied for my bank charges back from the halifax i did not even include any amounts in my letters to them as i had no idea how much i had paid in charges so i hust tried my look my first offer of £547 i refused and was then offered £850 which i recieved i also did the same for my husband 1st offer £487 second on £1115 which he accepted of course so thank you all
