the letter says we have been instructed by robinson way on behalf of hfc bank to recover an overdue debt in the sum of £687.54 on their behalf our clients have informed us that they are unaware of any legitimat reason for non payment of their account and although they would prefer an ammicable settlement , will not hesitate to commence legal proceedings it then goes on to say about a telephone payment line hope this has been of help godibib

hi all was wondering if any one can give me some advice ? recieved a letter from buchanan clark and wells stating i owe FORMAL DEMAND £687.54 not explaing what for or why linked with robinson way on behalf of hfc bank ??? so i phoned them to get the most unhelpful bloke ever saying its my responsibility to find out who the original bill was from ? he did quote an adress i lived at about 7 or 8 years ago , but have know idea what it could be as this is the first i have heard of it to date , had no letters or anything what should i do as it mentions court ? any help or advice would be great thank you
